NICHOLAS RAWDA
Commissioning Specialist
Nicholas Rawda joined JHE in July 2024 as a Commissioning Specialist. Before this, Nick built a solid foundation in manufacturing and production. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University at Buffalo. During his graduate studies, he worked at Bridgestone Tire as a Process Engineer, focusing on production line manufacturing and process optimization. In 2022, Nick transitioned to VanDeMark Chemical Inc., where he worked as a Process Engineer in batch chemical manufacturing and honed his expertise in lean manufacturing by completing Six Sigma Black Belt training.
Nick resides in Buffalo, New York, with his girlfriend, their two cats, and a dog. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, and he’s passionate about sports, having grown up playing soccer. Recently, he has developed a keen interest in golf and pickleball.
